in Northeast Albuquerque this is one of the last places in the
northeast to build a home or find newer homes. The east part
of NAA is mostly 1 acre lots on well and septic with a few custom
home areas that are more traditional style neighborhood. The
acre lots are commanding over $300,000 on average. Along the
north border is the Sandia Reservation. This generates a land
locked area with less than 425 total lots left for homes. Homes
are generally newer in this area with the older neighborhoods
being 15 years old. Some of the acre lots were built on 50+
years ago and you will even see horses here. |
